Norwegian propaganda film and cult drama about Eva (16) and Arne (17), both from the west end of Oslo, attend a class where a professor says that cannabis is safer than alcohol. Together with some friends they decide to try the drug.

After breaking up from his studies Petter and his fiancee, he comes back to his home town and mother. Mother takes him in with great enthusiasm, because she wants him all to herself - in all ways.
